About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team in Werribee and Hoppers Crossing. As a Customer Service Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for upholding clients' policies, testing and assessing learner drivers, serving customers face-to-face, and managing administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold clients' policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Test and assess learner drivers on well-defined courses, providing constructive feedback to aid in their growth
  • Serve customers face-to-face with professionalism and care, ensuring every interaction is exceptional
  • Process payments, manage cash, and conclude end-of-day banking meticulously
  • Manage administrative duties, updating critical data in systems seamlessly
