The Graduate Program offers a unique caseload in the area including paediatric, complex physical disabilities, and ID. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop and strengthen your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist at Better Rehab, you will have the opportunity to visit NDIS participants, assess their needs, design therapy plans, and advocate on their behalf. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care and support.
About You
- You must have tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2024 or earlier

- You have your own car and a valid driver's license
- You can provide evidence of relevant registrations and proof of COVID vaccinations
With a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, this role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career growth and development.
