Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our Allied Health Graduate Program. As a Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary package of $85,282 per annum, including meal/entertainment benefits that can save you up to $2,650 per year in taxes
- Discounted gym/fitness centre membership for your whole family
- Extra leave days, including CPA Day and Worklife balance day
- $5,000 relocation allowance if needed when starting with CPA or embarking upon regional secondments
Your Key Responsibilities
- To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services to our clients
- To contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies to improve client outcomes
- To participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
