**About the Role:**

Mental Health, Justice Health and Alcohol and Drug Services (MHJHADS) deliver comprehensive health services directly and through partnerships with community organizations.

The Division works in collaboration with consumers, carers, and various government and non-government service providers to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

Our services are provided at multiple locations, including hospital inpatient and outpatient settings, community health centers, detention centers, and other community settings.

We provide a range of services, including:

  • Adult Community and Older Persons Mental Health Services
  • Adult Inpatient Mental Health Services
  • Alcohol and Drug Services (ADS)
  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
  • Justice Health Services (JHS)

**Job Description:**

The permanent full-time clinical team manager will provide clinical leadership to the front-line mental health team - CAMHS South Community Team.

This role includes daily management of the Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA) clinical service system, multidisciplinary service, duty officer role, clinical case reviews, and provision of clinical supervision to HP1, HP2, HP3, and allied health assistants.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for undertaking professional development, participating in quality initiatives, and managing human, financial, and physical resources.

Additionally, the role requires availability to work within all program areas of CAMHS as service needs arise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the CAMHS South Community Team
  • Manage the CAPA clinical service system and multidisciplinary service
  • Conduct clinical case reviews and provide clinical supervision
  • Undertake professional development and participate in quality initiatives
  • Manage human, financial, and physical resources

**Salary and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this role is $121,389 - $136,035 per annum, plus superannuation.

**Requirements:**

  • Clinical experience and qualifications in mental health
  • Current registration issued under the relevant act
  • Compliance with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening, and Vaccination policy
  • Compliance with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals
