Room Service Associate

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Room Attendants to join our team in providing clean and comfortable stays for our guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, and hallways to a high standard.
This includes replacing towels, toiletries, and other room items so every room is guest-ready.
The Room Attendant will also be responsible for reporting any lost property or broken items to their supervisor.
Furthermore, they will ensure the security of keys and guest rooms at all times by adherence to security procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas
- Replacing towels, toiletries, and other room items

- Ensuring the security of keys and guest rooms

- Friendly and respectful to guests and colleagues
- Physically fit and confident to work independently

- Flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
