Early Morning Room Service Associate

As an early morning room attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and replenished with amenities to provide a high standard of customer service.
You will work closely with the housekeeping supervisor/manager to maintain exceptional cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting to the housekeeping supervisor/manager, you will clean guest rooms, replenish amenities, and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Ensure guest room pantries are well-stocked and all equipment is properly maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with requests and resolving any issues promptly.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A friendly and enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work a rotating roster, including early morning shifts, and adapt to changing hotel occupancy levels.
- A proven track record of successful room servicing experience.
- Possess full working rights within Australia.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Be a team player with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
