About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge facility delivering molecular imaging and targeted cancer therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely preparation for imaging and treatment.
  • Manage reception duties, patient records, and billing processes.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners including hospitals, referrers, and allied health providers.
  • Support consultant practices with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold WHS standards.

You will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting. You will bring:

  • Mandatory skills: strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional and friendly manner, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams, commitment to patient-centred care.
  • Desired skills: completion of a Medical Receptionist Course or equivalent experience, 3+ years in medical/clinical administration, experience in medical imaging, nuclear medicine, or oncology, knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
