Ensign Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Haulage Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy vehicles and equipment to support our drilling and well servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy Vehicles and Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate heavy vehicles and equipment, including trucks, trailers, and other specialized equipment, to support drilling and well servicing operations.
  • Conduct Routine Servicing and Maintenance: Conduct routine servicing and maintenance on heavy vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Lead and Manage Transport Teams: Lead and manage transport teams to ensure safe and efficient transportation of personnel and equipment.
  • Support Preventative Maintenance System: Support the preventative maintenance system to ensure all heavy vehicles and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Report Progress and Issues: Report daily to the Drilling Superintendent/Transport Manager with updates of progress or issues.
  • Maintain Equipment Registers and Certification Databases: Maintain equipment registers and certification databases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and Update Supplies and Documentation: Maintain and update supplies and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support Rig Operations: Support rig operations by providing transportation and logistics support as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years Transport/Truck Driving Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy transport/truck driving in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Minimum 2 Years Road Train Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in road train operations (preferred).
  • MC License: Hold a MC license - essential.
  • Valid and Current Australia Driver's License: Hold a valid and current Australia driver's license.
  • Full Understanding of WA Heavy Vehicle Transport Regulations: Have a full understanding of WA heavy vehicle transport regulations.
  • Pass a Full Functional and Medical Assessment: Be able to pass a full functional and medical assessment.
