About the Role

This is a pivotal position for an individual who thrives in both operational delivery and strategic influence. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, supporting business areas to achieve their objectives while ensuring information integrity and governance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain information and data governance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Support projects that implement information management systems and controls.
  • Conduct information analysis and risk assessments to maintain the organisation's information asset register.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement data classification, handling rules, and privacy considerations.
  • Provide functional support for records management systems, including oversight of records holdings and disposal processes.
  • Deliver training and awareness initiatives to strengthen organisational information management capability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in information management, records management, or data governance roles, strong knowledge of relevant legislation and standards, and excellent analytical and risk identification skills.
