Charitable Grants Specialist for Western Australia

This is a unique opportunity to work with Seven West Media's iconic Telethon charity, supporting the Grants Team in their mission to make a positive impact on the lives of Western Australian children.
As a Charitable Grants Specialist, you will play a vital role in allocating our annual fundraising total through the grant application process. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Salesforce), as well as providing administrative support with grant-related tasks, including applications, acquittals, reporting, and record-keeping.
You will also manage the grants inbox and general phone queries, develop impact updates for donors, and liaise with over 130 charity beneficiaries that Telethon supports. Additionally, you will assist in the development of quarterly extensions and variations reports.
About YouWe are seeking an individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's health and wellbeing. You should have experience working in the non-profit sector, with a strong understanding of fundraising principles and practices.
Prior experience in Salesforce is highly desirable, as well as excellent time management and attention to detail skills. You should possess outstanding communication skills and be able to occasionally work weekends and participate in Telethon events and activities.
