Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Leader to fill this challenging and rewarding role. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and the ability to develop strategic plans for clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets. They will have hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or search engine optimization (SEO) and a deep understanding of how marketing drives commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and presenting digital marketing strategies for new and existing clients
  • Onboarding new clients and mapping their campaign direction
  • Collaborating with production teams to bring strategies to life
  • Attending pitch meetings to shape strategy
  • Building strong, trusted client relationships

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally in both B2B and B2C
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or SEO
  • Deep understanding of how marketing drives commercial outcomes
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • Confidence to lead strategic conversations and influence decision-making
