The Role
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager this position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the hotel's bar outlets.
As a leader, your passion for delivering exceptional service and natural ability to build strong rapport with guests will inspire the F&B team to create memorable experiences that delight our guests, every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train Food & Beverage teams
- Manage inventory and stock control
- Anticipate and respond to customer requests or concerns in a professional manner
- Lead a safe working environment
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
