At Aviagen Anz - Australia, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at the Australian Hatchery in Goulburn, NSW.

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our day-old chicks meets the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring production activities, conducting evaluations, and providing daily reporting to the Hatchery Manager.

We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, ability to learn new techniques, and a strong attention to detail. If you are a fit, reliable, and quality-focused individual with a passion for animal husbandry and welfare, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure control points in incubation, order processing, and delivery are maintained within critical limits
  • Monitor production activities and provide daily reporting
  • Conduct evaluations of Hatchery produce
  • Prepare for audits and work closely with the Hatchery Management Team to ensure compliance to company standards
  • Identify continuous improvement initiatives
