About the Role
At Optimum Health Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team of health professionals. As a Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including treating musculoskeletal conditions and the rehabilitation of clients living with a disability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional capacity and achieve client goals.
- Provide high-quality clinical care to clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, pre/post-operative orthopaedics rehabilitation, and the rehabilitation of clients with neurological or physical disabilities.
- Collaborate with a team of Allied Health Professionals, including Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians, and Podiatrists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting to ensure optimal client care.

Essential Criteria
- Degree in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA.
