Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse - Aged Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on care-related topics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our care services.

Requirements

  • Masters/Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current AHPRA Registration and valid work rights.
  • At least 6 months experience in Australia, with a strong understanding of local care standards.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and a valid police check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
