Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse - Aged Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on care-related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our care services.
Requirements
- Masters/Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current AHPRA Registration and valid work rights.
- At least 6 months experience in Australia, with a strong understanding of local care standards.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and a valid police check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
