Financial Analyst - Strategic Growth Role

Job Summary:

This pivotal role involves delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis to guide business decisions. You will support planning and reporting processes, ensure strong financial governance, and drive efficiency across business units and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial Support
  2. Partner with stakeholders to drive performance through reporting and analysis.
  3. Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities.
  4. Provide financial and commercial support to the segment.
  5. Prepare weekly reports with key performance metrics.
  6. Manage month-end processes for Digital, and Marketing, including variance analysis.
  7. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and identify risks.
  8. Monitor and improve working capital across the business.
  9. Identify process improvements and reporting efficiencies.

About You:

This role suits a motivated and driven finance professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of fostering business growth through data analysis and strategic insights. You thrive in dynamic environments, leveraging big data to inform decisions and optimize performance.

  • Tertiary qualifications: Business degree majoring in accounting or relevant field with an accounting minor.
  • CA or CPA qualified, part-qualified, or willing to study.
  • 3+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
  • Experience in financial compliance and reporting.
  • Experience in financial advisory and business partnering.
