Job Title: Regional Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced, results-focused team lead to join our centralized team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Sydney (N/NE region) with the flexibility to travel between multiple sites.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a customer-friendly environment at all times
  • Provide a supportive work environment for Customer Care Advisors
  • Investigate and report customer complaints/query issues
  • Engage with internal stakeholders
  • Recruit, train, and manage performance for Customer Care team members
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction
  • High attention to detail
  • Organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Build rapport both in-person and over the phone
  • Work effectively as part of a team
