We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate in one of our 140+ stores across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. You will be passionate about candles and homeware, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating visually appealing displays.

  • You will work closely with our store teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising and product knowledge.
  • You will be an ambassador for our brand, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
  • You will stay up-to-date with new products and trends, using your expertise to make recommendations and provide personalized advice to customers.
