Lead Retail Team Member

The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and the ability to drive sales growth in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales performance, achieve targets, and create a unique shopping experience.
- Work closely with customers to understand their vision and provide personalized styling solutions and recommendations.
- Coach and guide the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, meet targets, and foster a positive store culture.
- Contribute to day-to-day store operations, including rostering, financial management, administrative tasks, recruiting, and onboarding of new team members.
- Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving targets and driving commercial success.
- Ability to motivate and coach teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- A resourceful and adaptable approach, with a can-do attitude and the ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
