We are seeking passionate individuals with experience providing psychosocial support to those living with mental health challenges. In this role, you will work in a trauma-informed way to liaise with Support Coordinators and provide capacity-building support as determined by the client's recovery goals.

As a member of our team, you will focus on supporting clients to reconnect with their communities and improve their mental health and wellbeing. You will also work closely with mental health professionals, housing providers and other relevant services to support the client's recovery journey.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Completion of or progress towards a relevant qualification in Mental Health (Certificate II/III), and/or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to engage with individuals with varying levels of needs and build professional relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to the functioning of the team.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and client reporting systems.
