Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and deadlines are met.
- Conduct insurance and super research.
- Utilise Xplan or other industry-related software.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage implementation of client advice and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is not essential but highly regarded.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role as Client Service Manager, preferably within the financial planning sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems (Xplan preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
