Clinical Quality Leader
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Quality Leader to support services in preparing and maintaining accreditation standards, undertaking quality initiatives, and developing quality clinical initiatives across residential and homecare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards (ACQSC & NDIS)
- Develop and implement quality systems and continuous improvement plans
- Lead quality initiatives, including continuous improvement and supporting services to implement recommendations from quality reports
- Assist services in preparing and maintaining accreditation documents
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports as required
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and no conditions
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build capability
- Demonstrated experience in management roles within the aged care or health sectors
- Solid understanding of Aged Care and NDIS regulatory framework
- Aged Care nursing experience minimum 3 years
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and patient-centered care.
