Financial Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance transformation manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and audit, with specific experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ERP implementations and process improvements.
The role will involve working closely with clients to streamline their finance processes, enabling effective business partnering and decision making. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of client financial reporting requirements, financial controls and processes, and executing bespoke reviews and reports with observations. They will also design and implement robust control frameworks, optimize financial reporting and assist clients in optimizing their finance functions through digital transformation and management reporting modernisation.
The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to our clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities to help them achieve their unique business goals. They will lead and develop an energetic, diverse and high-performing team, and work collaboratively in an innovative environment to solve complex business issues, improve systems and provide confidence on big decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping clients on their finance transformation journeys by streamlining finance processes and enabling effective business partnering.
- Developing a deep understanding of client financial reporting requirements, financial controls and processes, and executing bespoke reviews and reports with observations.
- Designing and implementing robust control frameworks, optimising financial reporting and assisting clients in optimising their finance functions through digital transformation and management reporting modernisation.
- Fostering trusted client relationships and identifying new opportunities to help them achieve their unique business goals.
- Leading and developing an energetic, diverse and high-performing team.
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in financial accounting or audit with specific experience in FP&A, ERP Implementations and process improvements.
- CA or CPA qualification and solid understanding of general finance and accounting.
- Knowledge or experience in working in the Government sector will be valuable.
