Job Description

As a Branch Manager at IPAR, you will lead by example, motivating and coaching your team to deliver exceptional return-to-work outcomes. You will continue to develop your multidisciplinary team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver consistent high-quality customer service, evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals, and achievement of SLAs;
  • Identify and implement innovative operational improvements;
  • Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities;
  • Recruitment, induction, and training of new team members;
  • Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums;
  • Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports;
  • Drive an engaging workplace culture.
Requirements
  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing;
  • Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA;
  • Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others' performance;
  • Ideally previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must.
