About the Role

The Non-Conformity Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the process of non-conformities on purchased parts from ERP containment to purchase order placement and through all the reverse logistics flow. This is a full-time permanent role based at our Manufacturing Site in Dandenong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reduce the backlog of NCR to be sent to the suppliers to the minimum
  • Perform the stock movements (restrictions, transfer, scrap)
  • Place and monitor NCR orders for new parts, warranty, repairs in ERP (GSI), follow up quotations and lead times
  • Ensure lead times are respected for repair orders
  • Manage the reverse logistics back to the supplier with the outbound shipment team
  • Prioritize urgencies according to production lines needs and challenge material planners when a NC generates a missing part
  • Ensure accuracy of NCR purchase orders to reduce the risk of good reception discrepancies
  • Animate daily and weekly meetings with the involved stakeholders
  • Ensure product integrity for transfer from production line to restricted area, during restricted area storage and until shipment to the supplier
  • Reports state of blocked stock to Material Management

  • Graduated at least from Higher Education in Quality or Supply Chain
