Job Summary

Lead with purpose and shape the future of surgical services for the health and wellbeing of people in the region.

This role requires a skilled professional to provide clinical, operational and professional leadership to the Surgical and Endoscopy services, facilitating effective, efficient and safe management of the services.

The ideal candidate will have experience at a senior management level and be able to work in partnership with clinicians to lead the delivery of clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership to the Surgical and Endoscopy services
- Develop and implement operational plans to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Health Management or equivalent
- Substantial recent experience at a senior management level
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation (APHRA) as a Registered Nurse
