Leadership Opportunity: Veterinary Director

We are seeking a full-time Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Director to lead our dynamic team. This is your chance to step into a pivotal leadership role in a newly transformed, state-of-the-art facility.

This cutting-edge hospital features:

  • 9 consult rooms
  • 8 consult rooms and dedicated euthanasia room
  • Separate cat, dog and exotics hospital wards
  • 2 fully equipped surgical theatres
  • Dedicated spaces for dentistry, ultrasound, and endoscopy

Your Role: Strategic Leadership

In this leadership position, you will:

  • Lead a high-performing, collaborative emergency team
  • Mentor and support vets and nurses in a positive, learning-driven culture
  • Work alongside the Practice Manager on operational decisions
  • Contribute to the ongoing success and strategic direction of the organization

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in emergency medicine (ECC experience essential)

A passion for team leadership and mentorship

Strong communication, organisation, and decision-making skills

A compassionate, patient-first approach
