We have an opportunity for an Employer Engagement professional to develop new and existing networks in the community, securing employment opportunities for clients. You will be out and about building employer relationships and marketing clients to prospective employers, developing and maintaining networks, managing a caseload of clients, providing advocacy and information about services, and connecting clients and the wider community.

This role involves fast-paced, challenging work making a positive impact on people's lives daily. Key responsibilities include:

* Prospecting and generating leads

* Networking with employers, account management, and relationship development

* Strong organizational and time management skills to manage competing priorities

* Proficient administrative skills, utilizing various databases
