Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Production and Compliance Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in production coordination or supply chain management within the fashion industry.
  • You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production lifecycle, ensuring timely sample development and on-time product delivery.
  • Liaising with local and offshore suppliers to oversee all aspects of product manufacturing is also an essential part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the critical path to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to improve quality control and logistics operations.
  • Coordinate fabric testing and verify results to ensure accurate fibre content labelling on garments.
  • Communicate weekly delivery schedules to the warehouse to support efficient inbound planning.
  • Coordinate invoices for offshore supplier payments and manage shipping and logistics.
  • Support company initiatives on sustainable sourcing, responsible materials, and circular fashion.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PLM, and ERP systems is required.
  • Experience working with offshore suppliers and knowledge of ethical sourcing practices are necessary.
  • A strong understanding of global compliance standards is also required.
  • Tertiary qualification in Fashion, Production, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
