**Job Opportunity:** Fashion Production Coordinator

A highly proactive and well-organized individual is sought to undertake a role in fashion production coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in product coordination or production assistance, with proficiency in Mandarin and English. They will be responsible for coordinating production processes, communicating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure production timelines are met.
  • Daily communication with overseas suppliers throughout product development and production approval comments.
  • Checking QA samples and accounts management, including raising and issuing purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Following up on production and deliveries, identifying any deadlines that are not on time or have been missed, obtaining new dates, and updating the production schedule and team.
  • Communicating with wholesale customers regarding orders, freight, and quality control.
  • Uploading and listing new products on the website.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product coordination or production assistance.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbally preferable.
  • Experience liaising with offshore suppliers and manufacturers as well as customers.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • The ability to problem solve and take initiative.
  • MYOB or Quickbook Software experience an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite.
