Holiday Sales Consultant

We are seeking multiple Christmas casual retail assistants to join our team. Successful candidates will possess a passion for homewares, excellent sales skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
This role involves providing outstanding customer service, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store success.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store success.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
- At least one year's retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and late-night trading days, public holidays as required.
- A passion for homewares and a keen eye for detail.
