We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Worker to join our team at the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network. As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential services to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in providing direct care services to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, upholding strict confidentiality standards and maintaining the privacy of sensitive information.
- AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Experience in providing direct care services in a health-related field.
- Experience in dealing with aged, frail, or disabled clients.
