Customer Success Manager Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a defined book of business and ensuring that our customers successfully deploy, adopt, and maintain our solutions.As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their long-term success with our products. You will work closely with our regional partners to provide excellent service and drive revenue growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with each customer. You will be responsible for driving customer awareness of product features and Rapid7 services to maximize adoption and realized value.You will also be responsible for recognizing expansion opportunities and qualifying them for sales counterparts to bring to closure. Daily communication with internal and external customers is crucial in this role.A successful Customer Success Manager will have a proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly renewal revenue targets, striving for high on-time revenue retention. They will be passionate about service and support, and seek to achieve extraordinary results through tenacious and creative problem-solving.This role requires a strong English communication skill, ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
