We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to support our overseas suppliers of construction and mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain purchase orders and equipment records in a database management system.
  • Manage shipping documentation/records and provide backup coverage for finance tasks.
  • Process equipment quotes and place orders on behalf of dealers.
  • Maintain transfer pricing for dealers, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and reconcile monthly dealer orders, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and send invoices for monthly equipment rentals to dealers.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and contract administration. They will be responsible for maintaining relationships with overseas suppliers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless operations.
