Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $31.67-$33.09 per hour, pending qualifications, plus super and additional benefits.

Job Description

This varied role offers flexible work hours, with opportunities for Home Care Employees (Qualified) and Domestic Assistants. As part of our team, you'll provide quality care to vulnerable individuals in their homes, making a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide home-based support services to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist with domestic tasks, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent client outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Effective communication skills and empathy
  • Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle
  • Ability to plan and organise tasks efficiently
  • Competent in using smartphones or tablets, or willing to learn
  • Physical fitness, including manual handling and standing for long periods

Qualifications

  • Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR, or willingness to obtain
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
