Corporate Affairs Specialist Role Overview
">- Assist with corporate affairs, ensuring compliance and seamless operations.
About the Role
">- Provide high-quality support to the Corporate Affairs Manager and clients.
Responsibilities:
">- Corporate secretarial duties, ASIC annual reviews, forms lodgements etc.
- Maintenance of ASIC debtors.
- Communication with ASIC for basic client matters.
- Liaising with clients as required.
- Coordination of out-for-signature and lodgement process.
- Overseeing paper & electronic filing systems.
- Supporting reception by answering phone calls, taking messages, answering queries, welcoming guests, maintaining meeting rooms.
- Provision of administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
">- Administrative experience in a professional services firm.
- ASIC and or ATO experience is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to time manage and prioritise tasks.
- Multitasking skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Teamwork and independence.
