Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Help train new staff members on coffee preparation techniques and company policies.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in coffee preparation and service.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
