Manufacturing and Packing Specialist

The Production Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing and packing operations of wet and dry formulations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting in coordinating and executing production schedules for various wellness products.
  2. Providing support for production planning utilizing Excel and other digital tools.
  3. Assisting with bulk product manufacturing and packing processes.
  4. Completing batch documentation and in-process records.
  5. Reporting any deviations or non-conformances.
  6. Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  7. Following Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements and safety protocols.
  8. Utilizing Excel and SAP for inventory tracking and production planning.
  9. Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
  10. Responding to customer inquiries professionally.

For this role, we seek an individual with:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • A basic understanding of GMP and quality systems.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A positive attitude, capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.
  • A proactive approach with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
