Sleep Apnea Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sleep Apnea Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to patients with sleep disorders.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a retail or healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements
  • Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients
  • Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environments
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Independent clinic management capability
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications
