Sleep Disorder Management Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading supplier of medical gases and homecare services, specialising in respiratory diseases and sleep diagnostics.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive individual who is passionate about providing excellent service in the area of obstructive sleep apnea management. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients requiring CPAP therapy support
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including diagnostic tests, to identify sleep disorders
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment setup and ongoing service requirements to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients with sleep disorders
  • Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options to empower informed decision-making
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and service providers to deliver comprehensive care
  • Promote and upsell our range of sleep-related products and services to meet customer needs
  • Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail, healthcare or sales environments
  • Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to manage a clinic independently and effectively coordinate with external partners
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications to efficiently manage tasks and documents
  • A keen interest in sleep medicine disciplines and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills to maintain accurate records and files
