Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team and drive the development and launch of new products, as well as create and implement a successful strategic direction for our healthy snacking brands, Go Natural and Bounce. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an end-to-end marketing role, collaborating closely with sales, supply chain, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including media actions and activations, with a focus on the digital space.
  • Set and implement brand vision, style guides, and value propositions for both short- and long-term goals.
  • Lead new and existing product development, pricing, and launches, as well as identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and manage promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
  • Manage advertising and promotional budgets, as well as stock management.
  • Analyze competitor and customer insights, sales forecasts, and relevant financials.
  • Report on product sales and performance.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in a relevant marketing or business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Solid communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Proven experience in NPD process, particularly project management.
  • Experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies and product launches.
  • Experience and involvement with trade shows and all it entails.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive growth.
  • Passionate about the portfolio and committed to delivering results.
  • A 'can-do' attitude with the ability to think outside the box and differentiate the brand from competitors.
  • Sound PC skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft applications.
