About Our OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Regency. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information between customers and installers in the field. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Installation Coordination: Confirm installation bookings and ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and processed in a timely manner.
- Documentation and Administration: Prepare and process invoices, as well as other administrative tasks as required.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.

Requirements:- Competency in MS Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
