Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our recruitment efforts across the Asia-Pacific region.

This role involves end-to-end recruitment tasks, including shortlisting candidates, conducting phone screenings, interviews, skill tests, reference checks, visa verifications, and extending job offers.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to provide best-practice guidance and work closely with our global talent acquisition team to ensure alignment with company-wide policies.

A key aspect of this position is identifying innovative ways to advertise job openings and sourcing top talent through alternative methods and market intelligence.

You will also be responsible for managing our applicant tracking system for APAC and collaborating with various teams to develop Employer Value Proposition (EVP) strategies, branding initiatives, and creative solutions to address talent acquisition challenges.
