About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide premium customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of our products, ensuring that you can provide accurate information and advice to customers.
  • Stock Management: Replenish and maintain stock levels, ensuring that our store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards in-store, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times.
  • Performance Metrics: Contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the store, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior Experience: Previous relevant retail and/or customer-service experience, preferably in a sports-related field.
  • Service Focus: A genuine passion for delivering a premium service experience to our customers.
  • Brand Enthusiasm: A strong enthusiasm for our brand and the world of sports.
  • Time Management: A natural sense of urgency and ability to manage your time effectively.
