
Residential Care Home Leader

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. You will foster a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support a team of healthcare professionals to ensure person-centred care to all residents.
- Client Assessments and Care Planning: Conduct assessments of residents to identify their needs and collaborate with the staff team to develop, implement, and review care plans.
- Compliance: Ensure the nursing home complies with all relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies.
- Professional Development: Develop your skills and expertise through regular training and supervision.
- Autonomy: Work closely with our Senior Management team to drive positive outcomes.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle to attend assessments, meetings, and training.
- Management experience within a care home setting.

- 6 weeks annual leave plus statutory bank holidays
