Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our NSW AIR Integration service, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing digital solutions that transform healthcare delivery.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to contribute to the development of world-class digital solutions. You will work closely with patient care delivery teams across Local Health Districts and Speciality Health Networks, leveraging your expertise in medical records capture, quality assurance, and records management.

You will also be responsible for working collaboratively with state and national stakeholders, gathering data, reporting, analysis, and interpretation. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at state and national level including vendors
  • Demonstrated understanding of changes and upgrades to the various eMR domains and related idiosyncrasies
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small dynamic team with competing priorities
  • Excellent skills in analysing business requirements and functional specifications to guide technical development
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot incidents, identify issues proactively and come up with working solutions
