Service Delivery IT Professional

This is a proactive and structured IT service professional role, focusing on enhancing existing processes across IT services. The successful candidate will lead projects that deliver measurable improvements in performance, compliance, and service quality.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience improving or coordinating service processes, and proven experience in IT project delivery with end-to-end ownership of technical project delivery.

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and improve our IT services processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management & Delivery:
    • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to delivery across IT services.
    • Define and own project scopes, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics.
    • Monitor and manage project risks, milestones, dependencies, and budgets.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance existing processes, including incident, change, problem, license, and contract management.
    • Drive process adherence and promote consistency across operational teams.
  • Security Support:
    • Integrate security best practices into project and service delivery.

A strong understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies is essential for this role. We also value candidates who have experience with hybrid project delivery frameworks.

This position requires excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to track and report on project progress against defined KPIs.
