They will also have demonstrated skills in training, coaching, and mentoring staff to ensure they retain a high standard of expertise, skills, and abilities.
- Plan, facilitate, and manage the delivery of high-quality customer service across various facilities.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies to ensure an appropriate workforce level is maintained.
- Maintain appropriate rostering, supervision, support, and performance management of customer service officers to ensure the highest standards of safety and service delivery are always provided.
- Support the Coordinator Customer Experience in delivering high-quality customer service and establishing an organisational culture committed to safety.
- Ensure all staff employed at the Centre maintain current required qualifications and skills to carry out assigned tasks.
