Key Role:

IT Support and Project Delivery Expert

This role plays a critical part in driving IT process performance, ensuring project success, and embedding best practices into daily operations.

  • Project Management & Delivery:
    • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to delivery across IT Infrastructure, Applications, and Cybersecurity
    • Define and own project scopes, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics
  • IT Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support and enhance existing ITIL-based processes, including incident, change, problem, license, and contract management
  • Security Process Support:
    • Integrate security best practices into project and service delivery
    • Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with internal security standards and incident response protocols
  • Service Reporting & Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and SLA reports across IT Services

The successful candidate will focus on enhancing the application of existing ITIL-based practices across IT services, while leading projects that deliver measurable improvements in performance, compliance, and service quality.

Key responsibilities include project management and delivery, IT process improvement, security process support, service reporting and analysis, and communication and knowledge management.

Required skills and qualifications include ITIL v4 Foundation certification, experience improving or coordinating service processes in partnership with Service Desk, proven experience in IT project management, familiarity with project frameworks (Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, PMBOK), and experience designing and running ITIL-based processes.

As a member of our team, you will be working closely with diverse IT teams, including the Service Desk, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams. You will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation through to delivery, defining and owning project scopes, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics.

Other key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to support and enhance existing ITIL-based processes, integrating security best practices into project and service delivery, and developing and maintaining performance dashboards, KPIs, and SLA reports across IT Services.
