This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Before School Care Second in Charge. In this role, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with the school, parents, and the wider community. You will also be responsible for supporting program compliance and ensuring a high-quality service that exceeds industry standards.

As a 2IC, you will play a key role in creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program. This may include planning activities, events, and outings that promote learning, socialization, and fun.

Key responsibilities will include:
